Toilet Supply Line in Mesa, AZ

This house flooded due to a toilet supply line and caused 5 rooms to be flooded.  The Master Bedroom, two bedrooms, a hallway and bathroom were affected by this loss.  We had to remove carpet and pad in the affected rooms.  The homeowner was very stressed when we arrived on site for the first time and by the time we pulled equipment she was so relieved.  She said that our outstanding communication during this process made everything so much easier for her and she was thankful she called SERVPRO of Mesa East.  We love making our customers feel at ease throughout our job duration.
