Flood Cuts On Water Job

This home had a water loss in the kitchen when a pipe under the sink broke. The crew of SERVPRO of Mesa East responded quickly and began addressing the situation right away.

We first removed all the wet, damage material from the home. One way we do that is to perform flood cuts, as you see pictured here. What we do is cut out the damaged drywall to just above the flood line. This allows us to remove any damaged drywall and if there it is an insulated wall, the insulation as well.
