Flooded Bedrooms

This flood was caused by a toilet overflow in the Master Bathroom.  It affected the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Hallway and Hallway Bathroom.  American Family called us out and we were on site in less than an hour.  We had to remove carpet, padding, tackstrip and baseboards and placed 13 air movers and 1 XL dehu.  The homeowner and the outside adjuster were very happy with us and the work we did on this job and that we moved all of the contents back in place for the homeowner afterwards who was unable to move anything on her own.  She said she loves SERVPRO after working with us.
